Positions of Responsibility
As in other Scouts BSA Troops, scouts provide leadership and staff responsibilities to help the troop run. Each youth leader has an adult position advisor, who helps familiarize them with the position, provides feedback during their term, and helps the scout evaluate their performance at the end of every 6-month term. The position description cards below provide an overview of the responsibilities and a self-assessment that can be used at any time during the term.
